Glikq is currently in development and not yet available to the public. This Privacy Policy describes how we will handle your information when the app launches.

1. Who We Are

Glikq is a mobile superapp combining encrypted messaging, GPS navigation and peer-to-peer payments. Our website is glikq.com and our app will be available on iOS and Android.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: Phone number, display name, username and profile photo
Messages: Encrypted using Signal Protocol — Glikq cannot read your messages
Location data: Only when you actively use navigation or share your location in chat
Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers
Device information: Device type, operating system and push notification token
Usage data: App features used and performance data to improve the service

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain and improve the Glikq app and services
To process payments and prevent fraud
To send push notifications for messages and payment alerts
To verify your identity via phone OTP at signup
To provide customer support when you contact us
To comply with legal obligations

4. Message Encryption

All messages sent through Glikq Chat are protected by Signal Protocol with Post-Quantum encryption. Messages are encrypted on your device before they leave. Only the intended recipient can decrypt and read them. Glikq servers store only encrypted ciphertext.

5. Location Data

Glikq only accesses your location when you actively use navigation features or choose to share your location with contacts. We never track your location in the background without your explicit consent.

6. Payment Data

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a certified PCI DSS compliant payment processor. Glikq never stores your card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with Stripe (payments), Stream Chat (messaging infrastructure), Google Maps and Mapbox (navigation), Twilio (OTP verification), and law enforcement when legally required.

8. Your Rights

Access and correct the personal data we hold about you
Delete your account and all associated data
Export your data in a portable format
Opt out of non-essential data processing

9. Children's Privacy

Glikq is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
